I had pain in my lower back, buttocks and thighs. Lydia worked her magic and its 80% improved. Great calming chinese energy work. Only side issue, I reserved a 90 minute and only received 75 minutes and paid for 90. All good. I highly recommend.

I went for the 75 min massage. Everything Lydia does since the beginning, contributes to bring you and your body into a holistic experience. Después de siete semanas en Vera Playa he tenidos 7 sesiones de masaje con Lydia. Ha sido una experiencia fabulosa, pues, aunque soy cliente habitual de mi masajista en Bilbao, el de Lydia es totalmente diferente, pero a mejor, sin duda, pues añade muchísima relajación, favorece el contacto interno e intimo y además los intercambios verbales, antes o después del masaje, son muy formativos e interesantes.

After seven weeks in Vera Playa, I've had seven massage sessions with Lydia. It's been a fabulous experience. Although I'm a regular client of my massage therapist in Bilbao, Lydia's massage is completely different, but definitely better. It adds tremendous relaxation, promotes internal and intimate contact, and the verbal exchanges, before and after the massage, are very educational and interesting.
